  • Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:
  • In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter

  • Contact Payment Gateway customer support via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by CHL Hospitals 114 to confirm payment.
  • In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
  • CHL Hospitals 114 and the Payment Service Provider(s) assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by the user on account of:
  • the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway or Services in connection thereto; and/ or
  • Any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
  • The User agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that CHL Hospitals 114 or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.
  • Although all reasonable care has been taken towards guarding against unauthorized use of any information transmitted by the User, CHL Hospitals 114 does not represent or guarantee that the use of the Services provided by/ through it will not result in theft and/or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
  • I agree and accept the services provided by Heartcare Institute & Research Centre (Indore) Pvt. Ltd.  at my/our request to carry out my requested service payments through instructions on my account, given by me.
Payment Gateway Policy
  • We wish to make your payment process a secure and convenient experience and invite you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions which govern the use of this Online Payment Facility
  • We use all reasonable endeavors to ensure the integrity of the Online Payment Facility’s Security. Despite our endeavors breaches of security and confidentiality could occur. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of any breaches in security.
  • Before making the payment, You are responsible for keeping the computer you are making the payment (to remove) from free from viruses and malicious programs, and maintaining all appropriate security measures.
  • You acknowledge that your failure to do so may lead to, amongst other things, the interception of data by unauthorized parties. We shall have no liability to you whatsoever if you suffer any loss that is caused wholly or in part by your failure to keep secure the computer, you are making a payment from.

Refunds Policy
  • Upon receipt of a valid cancellation of the service or refund arises due to excess amount on final bill settlement, we will refund the money to the bank account for that Patient has to provide his bank account number, bank name, and IFSC Code for a refund of the amount.
  • We will pay a refund net of the bank commission paid at the time of receipt. If the refund is not in the name of the patient , then patient next kin has to submit NOC for paying to other claimant.
  • Typically refunds are processed in 10 working days from the final settlement of bill. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the account holder's bank account as that is managed by the bank.
  • You will be provided with a refund reference number for further communication.
  • No refunds/cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against bills / Services received.
